The bottle says quinapril, but this does not look like any photos of quinapril that I see.

This tablet is manufactured by Lupin Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 20mgs of Quinapril, which is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
