Round Peach Pill L141 Imprint On The Front Of

Two year old son found this at his grams on the floor. He brought it to me so looking it up to see what this is. Please help me with this

Thankfully, this is nothing severely dangerous, though the dosage might be high for a little guy like that.

This is a 20mg Famotidine tablet, a generic for Pepcid, it's an antacid.

It's available over the counter and can be used in children when dosed by weight.
