I haven't located an exact match to your pill yet, but did come close enough to offer a suggestion as to what it may be or who might make it...

Pills marked with PZ (followed by a set of numbers) are commonly identified as Simethicone in varying dosages. Simethicone is used to alleviate bloating, gas, & stomach discomfort.

One of the companies who manufacturers these is called GlaxoSmithKline.
