So I have a couple pills that are supposed to be oxycodone 30mg but I'm not sure what they are. The pills are round and very dark blue, instead of the usual a 215 pills which are lighter blue or the M box 30 milligrams which are very light blue.

They are really strong. Do not take a whole one even if you're used to 30s all the time. They have fentanyl in them I'm pretty sure. I took a whole one not thinking much of it for the 1st time and I had to pull over and let my girl drive me home. I thought I was going to die or some s***. But yeah at first I would get pissed when I spent $35 ea. for them thinking they were garbage. But I started taking a half at a time. They do prevent me from coming down but definitely not a good thing to be taking all the time. The only reason I still take them is cause my tolerance is a lot higher now from taking them. But highly addicting once you start taking them all the time obviously. But when you take those for a while it ruins the real 30s for me.

Yeah you may get yours for 46 little pennies but you probably need them due tu illness or whatever. On the other hand I would rather pay $50 for them and not need em then get em for free and need em. Good luck with that and be careful what you brag about

They are real they come from canada.. you can get on canadian website and lookthem up

They are perc 30s, basically a stronger dosage of regular Percocet that at 5mg of oxycodone and 325 mg of Tylenol the pills u have have 30 mg of OxyCodone and 615 mg of Tylenol

What did you find out? I ran out of my rx a few days early so a coworker said he had some 30's. What he gave me is a darker baby blue color M 30 I know the color can change a little bit but I've never seen them this color. I want to post a picture so you can see but I'm not sure how to do that here.

I got some M 30 they aren't super dark but they aren't light blue either. The guy said they came from his Rx

There fakes... fetinal.. or however u spell it.. is whats in them I use to get fake greens with darker green specs and i just got the dark blue with blue specs same thing

There are tons of these going around san diego. They are the exact same color as the Vs...but they have the shape and markings of the M box 30s mollikrodt. They are 100% fake. I took 3 and got sick, and I have a high tolerance. I take 3 or 5 no problem of the ones I get from the pharmacy. Mallinckrodt doesn't manufacture a dark blue 30mg oxycodone. My other buddy just took one and is still throwing up. Stay away from them. Don't gamble. Soon as I saw them I knew they were bunk but said to myself maybe Mallinckrodt makes them this color now. Nope. They are bunk. They do have something in them though..either fentanyl or illicit drugs. I felt like I was on methamphetamine when I tried them.

I don't recommend these to anybody. The ones I got contain an illicit drug. It's black or brown with blue coloring added to it. Made me sick!!!

Where did u get those dark blue pills m/30 those are so much better than the light blue oxycodone? I just can't find a Phamacy that has them. I suffer from severe back and hip pain.

I am in AZ and I think I was ripped off by these!!! They are dark blue with the boxed M and 30 on the other side. Looks just like the real ones but dark blue, nor was there any smell to it!!! I have a script for 15s I get monthly but were stolen which is the only reason I went to these. Now I am out $200 with no means to get anything until my refill on the 25th!!! If anyone knows what these are please let me know. And my suggestion is do not take ANY that have an M stamped on them because the streets are now flooded with these.

So SWIM came across these and some articles say they come from a Canadian company and they are brand new to the market which is why people are suspicious to the color and the 30 being under the line, but someone told me it was a morphine pill pressed to look like an M30, so SWIM tested these darker m 30s and they came out to look like either codeine or morphine was in them, but the drug company swears they are real. Fools me.

The darker blue Mboxes are actually fakes from Mexico. They are actually pressed fentanyl, strongest of all the opiates, that's why everyone on here is saying they haven't experienced any withdrawal after taking these, that's because you are still ingesting opiates, just not the opiate you think you are getting. For anyone who is still skeptical please Google fake 30mg roxicodone pressed fentanyl, there was a news report a couple months ago in SD about a million dollar seizure at the US/Mexico border of the fake mbox roxies made with pressed fentanyl and the ODs they have been causing. I hope this clears up all the confusion for everyone wondering what are in the darker blue Mboxes.
