Mylan Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 100mgs of Metoprolol, it is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
