Appears as though it may have come from a veteranarian perscribed to dogs. The bottle says Cefla 100 on the side written in pen.

I haven't been able to locate a pill that matches the description you've provided. However, based on my research Cefla may be a brand name for the medication Cefalexin. Since the bottle says Cefla 100, you may have Cefalexin (100 mg).

Cefalexin is used to treat a number of infections including: otitis media, streptococcal pharyngitis, bone and joint infections, pneumonia, cellulitis, and urinary tract infections. It may be used to prevent bacterial endocarditis.

Common adverse effects include:

Gastrointestinal upset such as diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, indigestion, and abdominal pain. Others may include dizziness, agitation, headache, joint pain, and tiredness. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include rash, itching, swelling, trouble breathing, or red, blistered, swollen or peeling skin. Overall, allergies occur in less than 0.1% of patients; they are seen in about 1% to 10% of patients with penicillin allergy.
