Round Beige Colored Pill With Cf On One Side And Hyl On The Other

I found a round beige colored pill with CF on one side and HYL on the other on my front door step and im worried about it cause i have little kids and you just never no what could happen.

This is a Hyland's Calms Forte tablet, it's a homeopathic remedy that's available over the counter and used to help with insomnia.

I've actually tried them and they do help, but only with mild cases. If you are very anxious and having trouble sleeping, then really don't do anything.
