Round White Pill With No Imprint

someone gave it to me and told me that it is Niacin, there is absolutely nothing on the pill. It is smooth on both sides.

If there is no imprint, it is going to be very difficult to narrow down what this is.

We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they all must have markings to enable their identification.

However, it could be an over the counter item or even a foreign medication.

Many supplements look like this, including Niacin and have no markings.

Was it given to you by someone who obtained it in the U.S.?
