Did you mean to say M 41 as opposed to rn 41? If so,
based on the description provided, I found your pill to be a combination of Spironolactone (25 mg) + Hydrochlorothiazide (25 mg); which are both diuretics that help prevent your body from absorbing too much salt, which can cause fluid retention.
