I was using petogen as my contraception for about a year and then i discontinued using it for about 3 months now. I was bleeding for this past 3 months and then the nurse suggested that I must use the oralcon. It's been 5 days now and i have already missed two of them and i was intimate with my partner. Is there any risk of falling pregnant because i never used protection? Plz help.

Hello, Bianca! How are you?

Yes, there is, so it would be best to have yourself checked for pregnancy to be sure.

The typical side effects of oral contraceptives may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and PMS-like symptoms.

Is there anything else I can help with?
