I had a terrible headache then I went to see the Dr, he said I'm suffered from sinus and gave me Rhineton. Are they gonna heal me?

can i continue using rhineton without adverse effects bcoz for the two times that i went to clinic and were given the tablets i have been completely relieved of these itchy swellings that started end of this winter
