From what I could gather, most people who take Restyl (Alprazolam) don't usually require more than a few milligrams per day (except in severe cases). However, anything over the amount prescribed by your doctor would be considered an overdose. Whether or not it would be fatal is another story; and this exact number is probably going to be different for every individual depending on whatever tolerance their body has developed over time from taking this drug.
