fairly narrow, round, striking blue pill marked PN-25 is 25 mg of phenergen (i.e. promethazine, ingredient of many anti hayfever medication,and of Night Nurse industrial strength sedative cough syrup).

This is a medicine used to treat nausea (e.g. travel sickness), allergic reactions as it is an anti-histamine, and can be used as a mild sedative at doses between 25-50 mg.
