Repeated Urination

i am constantly having to urinate how can i control this problem

HI, John! Sorry about the problem you're having.

However, the first part of finding a solution would be discovering what's causing it.

Are you on any medications? Have you increased your fluid intake recently, or changed the type of stuff you drink?

Are you prone to urinary infections? Is your urine dark, bloody or pussy?
