It appears that Repace contains Hydrochlorothiazide and Losartan, most commonly used to treat high blood pressure.

Common side effects can include: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache.

It is only listed as being contra-indicated if someone is allergic or sensitive to one of the active ingredients.
