what are the specific ingredients of Remtyme?

RemTyme is an herbal supplement, touted to help promote better sleep.

It contains:

L-theanine ------------------------------------ 200 mg

Melatonin -------------------------------------- 2 mg


Magnesium (oxide) -------------------------- 250 mg

Chamomile extract (2% flavonoids) ------ 200 mg


Passionflower (4% vitexin) ----------------- 150 mg

Lemon balm ---------------------------------- 100 mg


Hops ------------------------------------------- 60 mg

It is not actually proven to work, as is the case with most herbal supplements.

you state that it is not proven that the ingredients of RemTyme are working against sleeplesness,but your booklet says different. What is it to be???

I love RemTyme...been using it for over a year. My wife loves it too. I started taking it daily for awhile...but then lessened what I was taking once I had a better sleep pattern. I had no side effects when I was taking it or when I stopped taking it. When my wife wants a great night sleep, she takes RemTyme, and a bath shortly before bed. She swears by it!
