Remedy To Stop Continuous Period Bleeding

I'm 33 years old. I have two male children. I have regular periods cycle but it lasts for more than 14 days and some time bleeding is very heavy and thick clots. This problem is continuing for more than 3 years. Am I have early menopause? My mother's periods was stopped at the age of 35. And I Don't have any trouble like thyroid, cancer etc. Please clarify can I take any medicine to stop my non stop periods.
