There are no foods that will remedy the side effects, it is an antipsychotic that is used to treat various types of mental health disorders.

The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, headache, dizziness, mood changes, sedation, and weigh changes.

Side effects are side effects, and they will happen, but should go away, after about 4 to 5 weeks, once your body gets used to any given medication.
