Regestrone Tablet And Infertility

I have heard that after a lady takes a regestrone tablet once she will not be able to get pregnant for 6 months. Is this true?

My doctor advised me to take regestrone tablets because of irregular periods. Will i be able to get pregnant during the first month?

I have pcod and my doctor has prescribed me regestrone, erasitol and folinal tablets. I'm planning on conceiving. Will I be able to get pregnant? How many days of treatment are required to normalize your menstrual cycle?

No, that is not correct. This tablet actually contains a form of the hormone progesterone, which helps increase a woman's chance of becoming pregnant.

However, there are no guarantees how long it may take for a woman to become pregnant, while taking it, or after finishing her course of treatment. It does suppress ovulation in some women that take it, according to NIH reports. Other side effects may include nausea, PMS-like symptoms, and irregular bleeding.
