Regestrone Tablet 5mg After I Started Bleeding

Hello,I took a regesterone tablet to postpone my periods but my menstrauation had already begun(very light red spotting).. What will happen now? Will i continue to bleed as usual or will the tablet stop the process?

I missed my pill for a day and in the evening i spotted very light red blood. I am taking regestrone to stop it. Will it stop? I am also taking 1 pill a day and M 2 TONE SYRUP.. How should i take the pill? twice a day? My main question is ma red blood has stopped but how do I stop it in full extent within 4-5 days. Please help.

If I have started regestrone to delay my period, but it started after having 2 pills, should I continue taking pills or stop? I don't want to stop the menstrual flow as it already started.
