REDUMED REALLY WORKS!! i took it for about a year and was able to lose about 6 pounds per week. yes it doesn't help you go to the bathroom, but i always took a detox every night to help me go to the batrhoom. So give it a try, is worth it =)

After taking Redumed for two months with great weightloss results I started getting trouble to eliminate waste. It got that bad that I went for days without being able to eliminate. By the time the waste went through it was as form as hard rock and blocked the toilet. I stopped taking Redumed and I am regular again, unfortunately I am regaining weight.

When i started taking Redumed i didnt notice anything at all....a week later i had lost 16 pounds in just one week!!!!

to ERICA: yeah there is a diet plan when taking redumed. you should be excersizing 30 minutes daily to keep your metabolism active and for the pill to be be able to burn fat. The doctor i went to said i couldnt eat seafood ( i could just eat fish but no shrimp , etc.) red meats, dairy products ( only drink non fat milk) , beans, bread, corn, pastas, and potatoes. also have a full meal breakfast for example eggs and veggies or a serving of kashi cereal with non fat milk. between breakfast n lunch just eat like 2 small fruits or one banana or mango. for lunch eat chicken, turkey, or fish. with veggies ofcourse. between lunch and dinner is another small fruit. and for dinner kashi cereal with non fat milk, or eggs if u didnt have them in the morning, or chicken, turkey, fish, and all with veggies. He reccomended to stay away from the microwave meals like heatlhy choice and all that due to the amount of salt in them. After the first month you can eat red meats. everything must be with a adequate portion. Even if the pills make u loose your appetite u have to eat and excersize. otherwise it wont work. Drink alot of water. no soda or sweetened drinks. You may also drink tea or coffee with splenda. Hope this helps
