Redotex Diet Pills False Positive

I need answers. Does the combination of redotex and axcion f. create a positive for methamphetamine and amphetamine? I did a test on someone and it was positive for methamphetamine and amphetamine, but I know the person takes these diet pills.

I was taking one of those pill's and got fired from my job even after I took the pills n explained why I was taking them lol and just found out that someone tested positive for an actual drug and got promoted hahahaha
