Red/white Pill With No Imprint

If there are not markings on it, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this is.
We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification.
However, it could be an over the counter item or a foreign medication.
Was it found in the U.S?
