Based on the pill imprint I'm led to believe that these may be manufactured by a company called HAB Pharmaceuticals out of India.
Apparently, they've been thought to be a form of Tramadol. However I could not locate any specific details to verify the accuracy of this information.
If I could suggest anything, I'd just encourage you to contact HAB Pharmaceuticals directly (via "[email protected]") to find out if it's truly something they make. As far as I can tell, they're supposed to be a legitimate manufacturer, but the validity of the pill itself probably depends on where/how you came about receiving it.
