Well this is a supplement type of product, not prescription, so I am not sure how easily it would be to find side effect information, as many companies try to claim that natural stuff has none, which is totally untrue as they can be as potent and just as dangerous as prescription drugs.

This is said to help lower cholesterol and there are several other claims as well.
