Red Rash

I have a red rash all over my shoulders, chest and back, but with the red rash there are small dots that look like pimples. it is quiet itchy too

my son is having bad cerebral headaches, fever,memory loss,red rash arms, all tests so far are telling me nothing,mri-ct-xray-blood-urine and is very non rational at times. he is taking topamax, xyzal, and singulair. i am a very worried mother.
