Red Pill With Only 51 Imprint

I found an oblong pill with the imprint 51 on it. It's kind of like the marroonish color of an advil..I have done a Google search and can't seem to find any info. If anyone knows what this pill could be please let me know. Thank you.

I've had several people ask about this tablet and I still can't find anything definitive on it. Thus, I am wondering if it may be something that is available over the counter, such medications are usually not listed in the FDA or NIH databases.

The closest I've been able to find, so far, has P 51 on it and is a red gel cap that contains Decussate, which is used as a laxative and stool softener. It's typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, bloating, abdominal cramping and diarrhea.

Does anyone else recognize this pill?

I'll keep searching and post back, when I have some information for you.

I was thinking the same thing since I haven't been able to find any info about it. Maybe like an ibuprofen or something..idk..definitely let me know if you manage to find any other info. Thank you :-)

I too found an oblong pill the color of Advil with just a 51 imprint on it. Turns out it is Equate brand Ibuprofen tablets USP, 200mg purchased OTC at Walmart.

It's knock off ibuprofen. It's called back and body, sold at cvs or the dollar store. I can't remember. I have some for back and body pain, that's all.

The oval brownish red pill with 51 imprinted on one side and no other marks is common O T C (over the counter) ibuprofen.

It is used as a laxative...my father takes this 2 times a day for constipation...

Equate ibuprofen. I found pill on the floor, googled to see what it was. I have a huge bottle of 500 caplets that fit this description.

Tylenol muscle pain is what it is. They are 650 mg each

I came up to go to bed there is caplet that is red or maurrunish shade pill on my nightstand. Neither of us take a pill that color, shape, & the son take maybe a tylenol or 2. I can't find it by specific hunts either.
