Does it also have the word alza on the pill?

If so, it is manufactured by ALZA Corporation and they list it as being a 54mg Concerta tablet. The FDA classifies this as a stimulant that is most commonly used to treat ADHD and narcolepsy. Its typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, nervousness and anorexia.

And yes, it does carry the risk of being habit forming.
