Red Liquid Hydrocodone

I'm confused on the red liquid hydrocodone. Two of My child had tonsils removed at different times. The 1st one got the liquid Lortab, that was yellow and thicker. And tje child that just had the same Surgery done got the liquid Lortab but its red. Can someone PLEASE tell me if its tje samething? Maybe just a different manufacturer?

The color and viscosity doesn't actually mean anything, that's entirely up to the whit and whim of the manufacture, so they may all be different.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Did you double check with your pharmacy? That's the best way to be certain in this case.
