If there are no markings, then I am sorry to say that it will be impossible to positively identify, unless you would pay to have it lab tested.

The only thing we can say for certain is that it is not a legal, U.S. prescription medication, since under federal law, they all must have markings to enable their ID.

However, it could be any one of a number of over the counter items, such as medications, vitamins or supplements.
