Reaction Of Two Medicines Naming Fo29 (methylcobalamin L Methylfolate And Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate) And Metformin

i am 6 weeks pregnant. i have problem of pcos and is on metformin for last three years. as now i m pregnant and my doc has adviced me to take methylcobalamin L methylfolate and pyridoxal 5 phosphate;my query is that is it safe to take both metformin as well as above mentioned medicine.
