Based on my research, Razo-D contains the active ingredients Rabeprazole + Domperidone.

As far as side effects are concerned, the US National Library of Medicine lists the following symptoms associated with Rabeprazole:

Allergic reactions (such as hives, itching, swelling, or difficulty breathing)
Blistering/peeling skin
Constipation
Diarrhea
Headache
Fast or irregular heartbeat
Gas
Muscle spasms and/or cramps
Nausea
Seizures
Skin rash
Vomiting

One important thing I'd like to note is that Domperidone use is also associated with an increased risk of sudden cardiac death.
