I am pregnant one month and my doctor has prescribe me Rebeprazole sodium and domperidone GUARD-RD please give me its use and side effects during pregnancy and why it is use during pregnancy,

This medication has not been shown to have any risk, when taken during pregnancy, according to the FDA, though no actual testing has been done, this information is only based on real world use, not controlled trials.

It is used to help prevent acid reflux and to increase intestinal motility. Its typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, flatulence and stomach pain.
