If they have no markings, it will be difficult to determine exactly what they may contain and it is never a good idea to take something if you aren't certain what it is.
With no markings, we can rule it out as being a U.S. FDA approved tablet, since all prescription medications here that are manufactured are required to have a unique marking to enable their identification.
However, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products, or even a foreign medication.
Do you happen to know the country of origin?
