R 349 Round Pill Percocet

Why does my pain pill have R 349 on it rather than the other imprints?

Do you mean the tablet with the A 349 imprint? If so, it has just been manufactured by a different company than the other ones you have gotten in the past.

This tablet contains 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. It is a narcotic analgesic that carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
