if i was taking approx 80mgs of norco (10/325) 3x a day what would the equal dose of 40mg opana er be?

this is only posted because my doc has takenen me off the norcos and i dont want to feel the effects of withdrawl...i would rather wean myself but need to know where to start!!

The Oxymorphone in the Opana is much stronger than the Hydrocodone in the Norco, so it would only take 26.67mgs of it a day to equal the 80mgs of Hydrocodone in the Norco that you were taking.
