Question On Alchohol

I take about 200ml whisky diluted with water everyday. What are the negative side effects and is there any balance to them

Yes, as reported by the NIH, there are several possible negative effects you could experience from it, including delayed reaction time, sedation, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headache, hangovers, liver damage or failure and stomach damage or ulceration.

Some can be helped by not drinking on an empty stomach, by drinking less or stopping entirely, by drinking lots of water or by taking antacids, depending on what your doctor advises.
