Question About Minastrin 24 Fe

I have been taking minastrin 24 fe for 26 days now. I took the first brown pill in the pack two days ago and the second today. When is it safe to have my boyfriend ejaculate inside me?

I've been having problems with my throat for a while now. I constantly feel like my throat is clogged up with mucus and I'm always trying to clear it by coughing and hacking. Occasionally I'll get some mucus up, but most of the time I can't and it drives me insane. I spend most of my day clearing my throat and coughing. Recently I relealized that the problem started right around the time Loestrin 24 Fe was discontinued and I began taking Minastrin 24. Is there something in this pill that's different and that I could be allergic to? Or could chewing it before swallowing be irritating my throat?
