Question About Meds

I was just prescribed levothyroxin and been taking ambien but I now can't sleep cause of muscle spasms and tention been up for two days can it be because I'm taking both pills I take one in the morning and one at night

Hello, Shanta! How are you feeling?

It might be due to your body adjusting to the Levothyroxine, it does sometimes cause that in some people that take it, but should improve once your body gets used to it.

Have you consulted your doctor? You may need to try something else to help you get sleep in the meantime.

Are these the only medications you take?
