It is difficult to say, Intuniv can cause diarrhea as a side effect in some people and in some people it causes constipation.
If you have been on it for more than a 6 weeks and did not experience diarrhea before, then I would be more inclined to blame the food.
Most medication side effects hit their peak around the 4 to 6 week mark of usage, this is usually also when they reach their full effectiveness.
Has it gone away or are you still sick?
