Quadriderm Acne

Can I use this on my acne I have bad acne onmy checks and four head and ive tried everything . Does it work? Is it safe ? Please help im desperate for a cure

Hello, Mike! How are you? I'm sorry about the acne problem you're having.

No, Quadriderm actually would not be good to use for acne. One of its active ingredients is Betamethasone, which is a steroid class medication and they can actually cause acne as a side effect, as well as dry skin and skin irritation.

Have you ever tried just a regular antibiotic?

Your doctor should be able to prescribe one that may help, if you've exhausted all other remedies. Some acne is bacterial in nature and Doxycycline is often prescribed to help treat it. It may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, diarrhea and non-allergic skin rash.

Ok. What about ampicillin ? Also what about tretinoin cream in my case I have 0.1 strength. Thanks for your time
