I found a diamond shaped pill with 100 on one side and an f on the other side, is this a generic for Viagra?

I'm not sure if this is a definitive match, but information I'm finding suggests that a diamond shaped purple-coated pill with "100" on one side and a lower-case "f" on the other is a generic form of Viagra (Sildenafil) like you had mentioned.
