Can you tell me if the purple g231 20 mg is the same medication as the white ome20 mg capsule?

Yes, it is manufactured by Glenmark Generics and they list it as containing 20mgs of Omeprazole.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, flatulence and stomach pain.
