Does it have G on the other side? If so, it's Minocycline 100mg manufactured by Mylan, an antibiotic. In case anyone else is looking for this...

"Each hard gelatin capsule with medium orange body, printed 'M 100' in black, and lavender opaque cap, printed 'G' in black, contains Minocycline HCl equivalent to Minocycline 100 mg" [1]
