Purbac Expired

Can purbac antibiotics cause harm if it expired 4 months but was kept in the fridge? It was taken accidentally without checking the expiry date. can it become toxic?

No, this antibiotic doesn't become dangerous once expired, but in liquid form it may turn bad and make someone slight ill, it will also lose effectiveness. You should watch them for nausea and vomiting, if it gets severe, they may require medical attention.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
