Purbac And Pregnancy

Hi. I just found out I am 3 months pregnant and I have been taking purbac but my dermatologist told me to stop it. Is my baby safe?

Since you are early in your pregnancy and have stopped taking it, the risks are not very high. Most medications cause greater risk, when taken during late pregnancy, as the baby develops more.

However, this medication has been known to transfer through the placenta to the baby, as reported by the FDA, so please make sure that you keep all doctor's appointments, to they can monitor you for any possible problems.

If im taking purbac does it increase the chances of falling pregnant if im taking the tablets while being intimate with my partner?

Hi. I'm HIV+ and I have been using purbac, tripuss and ds24. So, I just find out I'm pregnant -must I stop using purbac and only continue with ds24 and tripuss?
