what is pt a515, i found it in teens purse.

Hi Rene, do you know what color the pill is? I came across a similar pill by that description, marked Pt 5. This particular pill is: White, Cap Shaped, Rectangular, and is prescribed as a steroid. The brand is Prednis Tab by Lloyd, and the active ingredient is Prednisolone.

PT A515 is an OTC 500mg acetaminophen white caplet. It is manufactured by PureTek Corporation in San Fernando, CA. They make private labels for Members Mark (Sam's Club) and Kirkland (COSTCO). NDC number 59088-591-63.
