I would like to know the pros and cons of Diasol tablets

Diasol contains the active ingredient Diacerein, it is used to treat Osteoarthritis.

Side effects are listed as: nausea, diarrhea and abdominal pain.

Studies have shown that is does improve the pain of Osteoarthritis.

How long can one take Diasol?My pain is so much better.The side effects are minimum.
