What pharmacy companies manufactured and produced promethazine codeine? Is Watson one of them?

From what I could gather, promethazine codeine (phenergan w/ codeine) is or was being manufactured by the following pharmaceutical companies:

Alpharma
Actavis (NDC is 0472-1627-16)
Tris Pharma Inc. (NDC is 27808-065-01)
Sun Pharma Inc. (NDC is 57664-185-31)
Qualitest Pharma (NDC is 0603-1585-58)
Hi-Tech Pharma

I didn't see Watson listed, but Actavis bought them out a long time ago, so I'd imagine that their version ended up taking Watson's place.

Apparently they came in one pint (473 mL) bottles.
