No, they are suppositories for a reason and not formulated for any other use.

Side effects to Promethazine may include nausea, dizziness and dry mouth.

My apologies, I didn't catch that, but it should be drowsiness, not nausea. The medication is used to treat or prevent nausea and vomiting.
